The content on this site describes what we are building and why. It is provided for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities of Skill Reality Inc. Any investment would be made only to eligible investors, under applicable securities laws, through definitive agreements. Statements about plans, timelines, capabilities and market opportunity are forward-looking and may not come to pass.

Investor materials

If you request the investor deck, we send it to you for your own evaluation of a potential investment. Please keep it confidential, do not redistribute it, and do not rely on it as a complete description of the business. We may update or withdraw it at any time.

Demos and prototypes

Any demos reachable from this site are prototypes. They are provided as they are, for illustration, and are not the product we will deliver to customers. Do not use them to perform real work or make safety decisions.

The site, its text, images, code and the Skill Reality name and mark belong to Skill Reality Inc. unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the site; you may not copy, scrape or republish its content without our written permission. Names of other companies and products, including Meta and Ray-Ban, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, submit false information, or use the forms to send unsolicited messages. We may block access that we reasonably believe is abusive.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Skill Reality Inc. disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
