2027 design partner program
One line. Three procedures. Ninety days.
A fixed-scope, 90-day paid pilot. You choose the line and the procedures, we build it with your crew, and we judge it against success criteria we agree before day one.
Setup: three SOPs into Forge
Your site lead approves each guided step.
Who it's for
Plants with a procedure problem worth solving
The program is for operations, quality, CI and training leads at food and beverage, manufacturing, warehousing and other frontline sites. It fits best where a few procedures cause most of the errors, rework or training time, and where a paper record is hard to trust.
The scope is deliberately small: one line, three procedures, one site. That keeps the pilot fast to set up and the results easy to read.
How the 90 days run
Three phases
- Days 1-14
Setup
Three of your SOPs into Forge, devices chosen and set up, your crew trained.
- Days 15-75
Live on the floor
Guided and verified procedures on the line, with weekly check-ins.
- Days 76-90
Review
Results against the criteria we agreed, a review of the records, and a go or no-go.

Success criteria
Agreed up front, measured from the record
Before day one we agree which measures matter on your line and what a good result looks like. You set the targets; the step-level record shows whether they were met.
- Step completion
- How many steps are completed as written, run by run.
- First-time-right rate
- How often a procedure is done right the first time.
- Time to proficiency
- How long new operators take to run the procedure on their own.
- Record completeness
- How complete the time-stamped record is for each run.
