Common questions
- Is the pilot fee applied toward a site subscription?
- We discuss this as part of the pilot conversation. The intent is that a successful pilot leads directly to a site or enterprise agreement.
- Do we need to buy the glasses?
- Yes. Skill Reality is live on Meta Ray-Ban Display, which you source through your normal procurement process. We provide guidance on device selection and ordering as part of the pilot scope.
- What happens after the 90-day pilot?
- We debrief on what worked, what the data showed, and what a continued engagement would look like. There is no automatic rollover.
- Can we run the pilot on multiple sites at once?
- The pilot scope is designed for one site. We are open to discussing a multi-site pilot for larger organisations; reach out to start that conversation.
