Platform
From SOP document to verified step execution
Forge parses your procedure documents into numbered, reviewable steps. At runtime, the same AI layer processes the glasses camera to confirm each critical step is done.
Isolate the filler at the main disconnect

AI that reads your SOPs and watches the work
Forge uses AI to parse procedure documents into numbered, reviewable steps. The same AI layer processes the glasses camera feed to confirm step completion without storing continuous video.
How it works
From document to verified execution in three stages
01. Document parsing
A procedure document is uploaded to Forge. AI parses the tasks, sequences the steps, and flags branch conditions that need a reviewer decision before deployment.
02. Team review and approval
The team reviews the AI-generated step sequence, edits where needed, and approves the procedure for deployment. No step goes live without a human sign-off.
03. Runtime verification
At runtime, AI processes the camera frame at each critical step. The result, a pass or a flag, is logged with a timestamp. The frame is retained with faces blurred; retention period is customer-configured.
Details
What the AI engine does
SOP parsing
Forge reads procedure documents in common formats and outputs a numbered step sequence ready for team review.
Branch condition detection
The AI flags steps with conditional logic, such as steps that vary by product or line, so reviewers can define the correct branch before deployment.
Camera-based step verification
At each critical step, the AI processes a camera frame from the glasses and returns a pass or flag. The result is logged immediately.
No continuous video retention
The system does not record or store continuous video. Verification frames are retained with faces blurred; retention period is customer-configured.
