Platform
Step-level execution data for every procedure run
Every step logged by the guidance layer flows into an analytics view. CI leads, training managers, and quality teams can slice the data to find patterns and drive improvement.

The execution data your improvement teams have been asking for
Every step completion, hesitation, or skip is logged automatically as workers run procedures. CI leads, training managers, and quality teams can slice that data by procedure, line, worker group, or time window to surface patterns. Reports can be exported to an LMS or BI tool so the data lives where the team already works.
How it works
From step log to improvement insight in three stages
01. Step data is logged automatically
Each step completion, hesitation, or skip is logged with a timestamp and worker ID as the procedure runs. Nothing needs to be entered manually.
02. Data aggregates by procedure and step
The analytics layer aggregates step-level data to surface completion rates, hesitation patterns, and skip frequency by procedure and step number.
03. Teams pull reports or export
Teams view reports in the Skill Reality dashboard or export the data to their LMS or BI tool for further analysis and documentation.
Details
What the analytics layer includes
Step-level completion rate
See the completion rate for each step in each procedure, not just whether a procedure was marked done.
Hesitation and skip pattern detection
Steps where workers consistently pause or skip are flagged so training and CI teams can investigate.
Procedure performance over time
Track how completion rates and hesitation patterns change as workers become more familiar with a procedure.
Export for LMS or reporting tools
Step-level data can be exported in standard formats for import into an LMS or downstream reporting tool.
Coming next: BI platform connector, so teams can build custom views alongside other operational data.
