Platform
The expert sees what the worker sees
A remote expert joins the session, sees the live camera view, and annotates it with callouts. Every step of the session is logged as part of the work record.
Expert callout: check the seal here
Every step of the session is logged.
Live expert guidance without travel or downtime
The expert joins a session and sees the live camera view from the worker's glasses. They can annotate the view with step callouts to direct attention without verbal-only instruction. All guidance interactions and step completions are logged as part of the work record, so the session is fully traceable.
How it works
From request to logged session in three steps
01. Worker initiates the session
The worker initiates a remote session from the glasses. The request goes to the expert, who joins from a browser or desktop client without a dedicated app. Supervisors can join remote expert calls from Teams.
02. Expert annotates the live view
The expert sees the live camera feed and can add callout annotations directly to the worker's field of view. They can highlight the area of focus or add a step note.
03. Session is logged to the work record
Steps completed during the session are logged with timestamps and tied to the work record. The session log shows what guidance was given and when.
Details
What remote expert assist includes
Live camera sharing
The expert sees the glasses camera view in real time without a separate camera or setup step on the worker's end.
In-view annotation by the expert
The expert can add callout markers to the live view so the worker sees exactly where to look or act, overlaid in the field of view.
Session log tied to work record
All guidance interactions and step completions during the session are logged and tied to the procedure record for that work order.
No dedicated app required for the expert
The remote expert joins from a browser. No app download or hardware is needed on the expert side. Supervisors can join remote expert calls from Teams.
Works over standard enterprise Wi-Fi
The session runs over the plant or DC Wi-Fi network. No specialist connectivity is required.
