Hands-free guidance

Step-by-step instructions delivered without requiring the worker to hold or touch a device.

Hands-free guidance allows a worker to follow a procedure while keeping both hands on the equipment. Instructions appear in the worker’s line of sight rather than on a device they need to hold, tap, or consult.

Most digital work instruction tools require a worker to look away from their task to read a screen or scroll through steps. This interrupts the work, slows the procedure, and increases the risk of picking up the wrong step after a glance.

Skill Reality delivers guidance on smart glasses and wearables so workers can read the next step without moving their hands. Step advancement is triggered by a tap on the glasses frame.
