An audit trail is a time-stamped record of every action taken during a procedure. Skill Reality creates an audit trail automatically when a worker completes guided steps on smart glasses and wearables.

Every step a worker completes is logged with a timestamp and, where camera verification is enabled, a verification result. Inspectors and quality teams can review the record without relying on paper sign-offs. The audit trail is stored centrally and accessible from the compliance dashboard.
